ASP.NET Core 2 is all the rage at the moment Would you be open to working with it in a commercial setting?
An ecommerce company in Stockport is looking for a forward thinking Senior Web Developer to come on board and help with new product development and modernisation of existing applications.
You don't need to have ASP.NET Core experience, but ideally you will be a proactive individual who is open to learning new technologies on the job in a fun and challenging development environment.
In this role you'll be given the opportunity to work on large scale web development projects in a fast paced tech driven environment, with some of the most talented tech professionals in the North West. The person who heads up this team regularly attends and speaks at technology events in the area and promotes the attendance of tech events and self-learning throughout the team.
The products you will be working on are business critical. This role will suit you if you're a confident developer who is really looking to make a difference working on platforms which manage millions of pounds worth of transactions annually.
If you're a true believer in SOLID, OOP and TDD you're in the right place! You'll ideally also have commercial experience with some of the following technologies - ASP.NET, SQL, MVC 5, Umbraco (all essential), ASP.NET Core 2, Entity Framework 6/7, GIT/Bitbucket, REST API's, AWS, TypeScript and more. You don't need to have experience with all of the tech mentioned, but if you can show the willingness and a hunger to learn you'll fit in great.
The interview process for this Stockport based Senior Web Developer role consists of 2 stages interview process (telephone and then face to face interview) with interview slots confirmed for w/c 15th January.
