Online Support Analyst - 3rd Line

- Do you have significant experience of working in an IT support role at 3rd line?
- Would you describe yourself as proactive and logical with a high attention for detail?
- Have you previously worked within digital or eCommerce?

Key responsibilities;
- Provide efficient and effective 3rd line support across online services to agreed Service Levels.
- Provide subject matter expertise to contribute to the successful delivery of agreed projects, changes, and BAU support.
- Understand and support online services, links to integrated applications, and associated business processes to ensure services operate effectively, securely and continually improve.
- Monitor performance of suppliers against agreed contracts and service levels to support the review and management of supplier performance.
- Create, manage and execute test plans, including coordination of User Acceptance and Supplier testing.

Required skills;
- Significant experience of working in an IT support role at 3rd line managing IT incidents, requests, problems and changes in line with industry best practices.
- Experience of managing a complex Online estate adhering to ISO 27001 Security Standards.
- A good understanding of web terminology and website architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to a wide range of audiences including Digital Suppliers and E-commerce Partners.
