THE ROLE: As Sales Director, you will head up a team of 3 direct reports, each of which has a team reporting to them. You will have strategic, operational, and commercial decision making capability and be expected to increase both revenue and profitability. You will be solely focused on retail business and this will include high street multiples and independents.

THE PERSON: Due to the level this role is operating at, it is important you have a demonstrable track record of managing commercial relationships with national retailers and a proven ability to manage, motivate and develop sales teams. You will need strong commercial acumen, great leadership skills and be an excellent team player.

  • Basic: £70,000 - £75,000
