Salary: £17-20k dependent on experience

The Role:

To ensure the smooth and efficient preparation, roll-out and subsequent follow-up of all training/delivery projects through exceptional administration, communication and project management skills.

Broadly speaking, the role requires you to co-ordinate and manage diaries, source and book venues, anticipate and meet logistical demands, manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, prepare course materials, liaise with suppliers, capture and track each project for the purpose of reporting on its success and, crucially, add value to the relationship with our customers.

Key Tasks:

Under the direction of the Operations Support Manager (OSM), you will be responsible and accountable for:-

    Planning and managing internal customer project review meetings to ensure agreed outcomes are understood by all and activities are aligned to achieve same.Prepare and manage briefing documents and project assignment documents for the trainers, to reflect agreed project plan criteria and standardsSupport the trainers throughout each projectQuality control, filing and retrieval of all training and pre/post course materials, ensuring content is accurate, appropriate and regularly reviewed/updated and communicatedDocument, measure, analyse and report on key operational activities, providing a clear trail for internal and external auditsPreparation and typing up of various reports, presentations and documents Proficient use of customer relationship management (CRM) database system, from the discipline of accurate and timely input of information, to its subsequent retrievalCreating invoice sheets in a timely manner for the Accounts department to process.
