- Content Management generation, publication and analysis
- User experience design and research
- Strong digital analytics, preferably Adobe SiteCatalyst
The following would be DESIRABLE, not essential:
- AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Investment management/asset management/buy side experience
- Understanding of GTM (Go to Market) strategies
Role: Global Digital Content and User Experience Consultant (CMS AEM Adobe Experience Manager Analytics Site Catalyst Agile UX User Experience SEO) required by my asset management client in London. You will join a global digital team, dedicated to the delivery of client-facing applications for investment services, for a company of 3,400. Reporting to the Experience Design and Research Manager, you will gather insights and metrics to ensure optimisation of the digital product range. You will support the process from research to design and thereafter the ongoing oversight of digital experience. The role is a combination of content management, user-experience (UX), research and SEO, with an emphasis on content management and user experience. With a highly organised and collaborative approach, you will work effectively with multifunction teams to ensure excellent commercial judgement in digital experiences.
Your technical expertise will include CMS (Content Management Systems) and Analytics tools. The company is ambitious in keeping ahead in user centred design methods for their professional audiences, transforming their approach to creation, usage and measurement of engagement with global digital services.
