Following a PLM implementation, my client is seeking assistance from an Oracle BI Publisher Analyst. This key role involves delivering Agile reports to support the Group across the UK. Working alongside the Centre of Excellence within the business enhancing the reporting tools (such as Oracle BI Publisher) as well as supporting report structures.

Experience/Skills Required:

- Understanding data relations in Oracle database systems
- Strong experience and understanding of Oracle BI Publisher
- Knowledge of standard processes in SQL and DB queries
- Experienced in producing business and technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Understand the Business IT strategy
- Ability to propose solutions that fit into this IT strategy
- Ability to understand cross-functional processes and business understanding is vital.
- Ability to cost/ validate IT proposals

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver required Agile reports according the demand of business
- Facilitate agreement of IT priorities and benefits (identify and quantify) with the appropriate Functional teams
- Propose IT technical solutions that meet business requirements and fit the business strategy and systems map
- Drive user capability in using the created BI tools (BI Publisher)
- Control delivery of Change Requests, prioritise demand from business, ensure scope and benefits are understood, manage within overall budget.
- Become an accepted partner to the business and key representative of the Agile Centre of Excellence

Location: Newcastle
