Otis is recruiting a resilient Service Delivery Manager to operate within London. This key role requires an individual whose experience is from within the Lift and Escalator industry.

The role will entail proactively managing a substantial portfolio and growing the operation to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered. As a proven Leader you will manage a team of Field based Lift and Escalator Service Engineers ensuring that health, safety and quality procedures are adhered to at all times. This fast paced, highly reactive, operational role will require immediate response to client requests, regular travel to their sites and the ability to effectively interact with customers at all organization levels. You will also assume Profit and Loss responsibility for your region.

Previous management or supervisory experience is required as you will manage a team of Field based Lift and Escalator Service Engineers. It is also essential that you are highly IT literate in order to respond at pace to customer queries, provide the metrics required by the business and generate the necessary reports. You will be a highly effective communicator, who can be assertive when required and understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service. You will need evidence of managing, coaching and motivating teams and have an understanding of Profit and Loss and budgetary management.

This role could suit a hard-working senior lift or escalator engineer with solid client facing experience, some evidence of managing an engineering team and importantly, the ambition, hunger and desire to move in to pressurised, reactive, customer-facing environment where you have to think on your feet, consistently multi-task and who strive to never accept failure. Alternatively, you may be in a similar service delivery manager role and looking for a new challenge with the world`s largest lift and escalator business.

On top of a competitive basic salary, you will be eligible for a Bonus, Company Car plus other corporate benefits, which should provide you with total year one earnings of c£50K- £60K+.
