eCommerce Support Analyst

An experienced eCommerce Support Analyst (Hybris) is required by or luxury retail fashion client, based in London, to join their existing and expanding eCommerce team that is made up of BAs and PMs that support the clients eCommerce Platform and AX ERP solution.

The successful eCommerce Support Analyst will have a demonstrable background of working of working in a fast paced, high pressure eCommerce environment, where you have taken responsibility and ownership for problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause analysis between the clients eCommerce website platform and their AX ERP. As the ?go to? eCommerce SDA you will be responsible for working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, systems integrators and 3rd party suppliers in the successful resolution of any issues, code fixes, sales event activities and technical activities throughout the project pipeline. In addition to Retail/eCommerce experience you should also have a good understanding of retail and ecomm principals i.e; Stock/Product Feeds/ Price etc.

You will be a confident eCommerce Support Analyst l who is able to articulate yourself well, be able to professionally challenge business users and stakeholders and ultimately drive technical project delivery across eCommerce.
