The role - reporting into the Brand Director - will see you take full autonomy for the department. You'll be responsible for all store-based planning functions including budget support for all financial targets, corporate planning, store / space reviews, seasonal trading strategy, monthly performance forecasting and marketing. You'll work on the formulation of strategic plans and will create, maintain and review financials to support the budgeting & review process. You'll manage the financial planning process to ensure product teams and stores are targeted with appropriate & challenging metrics. And finally determine future requirements for marketing activity and make recommendations to achieve that. You'll collaborate with your counterparts in Logistics and Planning in managing the inventory flow in and out of the DC & stores with consideration to sales forecasts, availability and capacity, and will work closely with relevant teams to ensure the Allocations support the goals of stock optimization. And - with the on-going expansion of the business - will work on densities and requirements for new stores.
