Behaviour Intervention Worker

This position is perfect for a resilient and patient graduate who is passionate about providing support for vulnerable children. You must have excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships with hard to reach students and to liaise with staff, parents and external professionals such as educational psychologists. As part of the i-teachers graduate programme, this role requires a Psychology or core subject graduate who has experience of and is interested in pursuing a career working with EBD.

In the position you will be mainly assigned to a pastoral role. You will be required to provide 1:1 support for students who have behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. Your responsibilities will involve liaising with students, teachers, senior leadership, parents and external professionals to ensure that the students' personal well-being and academic success are at the highest possible standard and they are achieving their full potential.
