Technical Support Specialist - Life Science- South East
A leading supplier of cell and molecular biology instruments and consumables is expanding its customer support function within the South of the UK and is keen to recruit a Customer Support Specialist who is based within the South East part of the UK.
You will have a varied role which will include installing new instrument, calibrating and ensuring all software is running correctly, training new users on the instruments and providing on going practical support to the customers. This may require fault finding and replacing parts at times, manipulating software and retraining users on correct procedures, you will be expected to take ownership of any technical or training needs of the customers.
We are keen to speak with graduates who have good hands on practical experience with cell imaging, microscopy, cell and molecular biology techniques. You should be a problem solver who has great communication skills and is happy to take responsibility for ensuring customer issues are fully resolved.
