Our client is a leading supply chain company and provider of innovative supply chain management software solutions worldwide. As one of the leading retail supply chain software vendors, they are looking for candidates with experience of the retail sector. Offering a full portfolio of supply chain solutions and recognised as leaders by Gartner they continue to grow at an unprecedented rate.

As a result of continued growth within our client's organisation, they are now looking to add a Principle Enterprise Architect to their team. Due to the nature of transformational business being brought on, our client have been completing entire portfolio projects (circa 25-30 products). As a result, they require a Principle Enterprise Architect who would be responsible to ensuring that the entire solution delivery works and is functional. They will sit above the architects and project managers to offer an overall perspective on projects as a whole. The role can be based anywhere in Europe, with a particular preference to Germany, UK, Nordics or Netherlands.

The Ideal candidate will be a retail expert and have extensive experience delivering a wide portfolio of SCM solutions. This role is different to a traditional architect position, and will not be 'hands on'. The ideal candidate will be able to think about the process over the product and will currently be in a position of responsibility within a very large retailer or working on global programs for a large consultancy. They will be required to have a strong knowledge of enterprise solutions to implement end-to-end business solutions. In addition, an ability to articulate a product, solution and architecture design that meets technical and business objectives. They will have good knowledge around best industry practices, an ability to inspire and lead designers and have excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate can be based anywhere in Europe, with a particular preference to Germany, UK, Nordics or Netherlands.
