We are looking for hungry sales driven individuals to work within the lead generation department. You will converse with many different clients to ultimately to sell pension and protection schemes. Once a successful lead has been generated ant the correct criteria has been met this will then be passed on to a consultant to sign that sale off. No hard selling involved here!
• Making outbound calls promoting insurance schemes
• Having detailed conversations with customers and understanding their wants and needs
• Achieving and exceeding targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Identify all opportunities to offer services appropriate to the client's needs
• High standards of customer service and integrity.
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience working to targets and KPIs.
• Team player with the ability to drive and motivate yourself and others
• Full product training is provided

Salary: My client is offering a very competitive salary of £16,000, this will then increase to £18,000 after 2 months.
Commission structure - After 15 leads you will then be paid £50.00 per lead passed over to the consultant. Average number of leads passed over is 20 per day.
