More about the role and you:
- You will be responsible for managing trading relationships and commercial planning with all partners.
- Exposure within a flagship environment, crunching the numbers and making commercial decisions
- Passionate about the beauty Industry and being savvy a commercially with market knowledge and competitors
- Successfully negotiate terms, pricing, distribution and space in host stores, working closely and building relationships across buying, Trading, merchandising and marketing.
- Ensuring the hand writing of the brand is consistent across stores, markets and location.
- You will drive performance across all accounts, strategically analysing results, identifying sales opportunities and making commercial decisions to maximise all accounts.
- Engage motivate and inspire the retail teams to drive retail budgets and to support the teams in delivering opportunities identified.
- Managing all P&L accounts, meeting financial deadlines and identifying risks
