Digital Strategy Business Analyst - Birmingham - 6 Month Contract

Amoria Bond are looking for an experienced Digital Strategy Business Analyst to work on a number of industry leading projects for our key client based in Birmingham. The Digital Strategy Business Analyst is responsible for driving online focus and adoption of self service across all of our clients markets through customer journey design.

Working alongside journey teams across the organisation, this role is responsible for ensuring a digital focus and that consideration is given at all points in end-to-end customer journey development. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager the role will represent these areas in support of the development and articulation of our clients broader Digital Strategy.

We are looking for an excellent Digital Strategist with proven stakeholder management experience in a Digital environment.

Applicants should:

* Have experience of working with a broad range of business stakeholders and departments, such as Commercial and Customer Service
* Be able to identify business needs in order to prioritise online functionality enhancements, while also promoting the benefits of Digital within their stakeholder group
* Have knowledge of planning and directing Digital change (preferably using Agile methodology) and a proven capability of working on software releases and benefits improvement.
