Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm but with flexibility to arrive earlier and stay later when the job or business requires.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join an Asset Recovery team, working within Real Estate Litigation, in a new Head Office in Chandlers Ford.

This role is open to candidates looking for either a fixed term maternity cover or potential permanent contract, to commence in February 2018. This would be suitable for a junior Paralegal, or a Law Graduate with some relevant experience, providing you have strong IT and Administrative skills.

This fee-earning role will include progressing basic matters relating to residential possession proceedings, and supporting senior fee-earners in more complex cases. As a logical, organised and thorough person with excellent attention to detail, you will ensure an accurate and speedy turnaround of work, responding promptly to clients and colleagues.

You will be able to provide high level administrative services to the team, undertaking research, report writing and drafting documentation as required. You will have good communication skills, both written and oral, and be numerate. You will have a capability for proof reading and checking of documentation.

Whilst relevant experience would be advantageous, it is not essential, however you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the relevant law practice. This coupled with high level IT skills in Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office suite and Accounts packages will mean you could be the dedicated addition to our team we are looking for.

Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, however you will need to be flexible in working outside these hours as the team and business requires.
