My client is a leading design, manufacturer and distributor of branded teamwear in the UK and Ireland from the top level of Football through to grass roots.

Following a number of years of successful trade and growth we are delighted to be supporting them in the recruitment of an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to help drive serious growth in the UK market and overseas.
As the companies Ecommerce Marketing Manager you will be accountable for defining and delivering the companies digital marketing plan.
You will grow and manage your team to ensure all digital marketing channels are impacting the business from SEO, PPC, Social and Email Marketing
You will utilise the CDP to reveal customer behaviors, purchase patterns and insights to establish how my client can better manage and grow business month by month.
You will work closely with web developers to manage the website and supporting services, ensuring up-time, UX updates and automated marketing are all supporting business needs.
Please note: My client is a 'hands on' business and whilst the need for strategy and development is hugely prevalent in this role, the need to lead by example at times will also be required.
About you:
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
A minimum of 3 years experience working in an operational Ecommerce management role requiring technical knowledge, Ecommerce development, displaying good commercial success, ideally within an international business.
Strong D2C trading experience and a proven track record in delivering against a sales number.
Excellent understanding of the full digital marketing mix including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Display, Email and SRO.
Experience in the use of Wordpress CMS, Google Analytics, Hot Jar and popular email providers would be extremely beneficial.
Work experience or personal involvement with professional or amateur football would be ideal.
