A full time Legal Secretary is required to work for the Partner and Head of Department in Dispute Resolution based in Guildford. This role requires superior administrative skills, a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of supporting the department.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous legal secretarial experience with a litigation background is helpful. The successful candidate must have fast, accurate audio typing, excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Self-motivation, flexibility & strong communication skills are essential. Applicants must be IT literate and confidently able to use Word, Outlook and Excel with excellent attention to detail.
