My client is a growing and ambitious multi channel retailer with plans to double the size of its organisation in the next 5 years.
We are now delighted to be supporting them in the recruitment of a Digital Trading and Merchandising Executive to add to their growing Ecommerce team at their head office.
The role is responsible for the overall trading, merchandising and financial performance across key categories within my clients website and marketplace presence. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that category KPI's and standards are maximised and in turn ensuring that exceptional customer experience is achieved across all of my clients digital channels.
Key accountability:
Ensuring product date is of an exceptional standard to maximise sales, conversion and navigation by ensuring all information is available, consistent and optimised.
Plan maintain and execute category plans in line with business requirements.
Define and implement best-practice merchandising and SEO principles.
Make commercial decisions to maximise financial KPI's within owned categories based on data-driven insight using digital/platform analytics and internal Management Information.
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders across buying, merchandising, marketing and I.T.
