Amazing opportunity working for an international, exclusive Luxury Brand.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing - this role will encompass a broad range of projects across the marketing, PR and ecommerce teams, and include (but not be limited to) the following:


-Develop the templates to continuously keep on top of new trends in email marketing + improve key metrics

-Manage the end to end email process, from concept to post-send reporting

-Report key metrics / success / opportunity on a weekly basis to senior management and proactively make changes based on learnings

-Work closely with the graphic designer (briefing, workload, review)

-Work with Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing (+US) to significantly grow all databases with relevant and engaged users

-Own the global email calendar and ensure it’s up to date

-Constantly look for opportunities to expand on automation and customer programmes

-Own the customer database - effectively split address books based on RFM plus engagement

Affiliates & Marketplaces

-Look to expand partnerships with key affiliates

-Manage the upload of marketing materials, brand information / induction to new partners

-Work to set attractive commissions with Head of Ecommerce

-Grow the list of affiliate partners at a rate agreed with H/O Ecom + H/O Comms


-Work with Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing to implement the CRM strategy globally

-Manage the database day to day

-Establish regular reporting to senior management

-Discover trade driving uses for SCV data across all channels

-Look for customer acquisition opportunities
