Temporary Helpdesk Administrator, Glasgow City Centre, £9.32ph

Your new company

An industry leading Facilities organisation now requires a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This fantastic opportunity has arisen due to company restructure, resulting in the need for temporary support initially for four weeks but with potential to run on longer.

You will be working Monday-Friday rotating between an 8:00-16:00 shift in Week 1 and a 9:00-17:00 shift in Week 2.

Your new role

You will be liaising with clients, customers and sub-contractors so must have excellent oral and written communication skills. You must also be comfortable answering any calls that come in to the team.

This role requires you to raise and close off jobs on the system, work to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment and raise purchase orders to sub-contractors.

You must have previous experience operating a Helpdesk to be considered for this role.

Additionally, previous experience working with a computer aided facilities management system (CAFM) such as Concept is strongly desired. A background in facilities management, maintenance or construction would also be advantageous.

What you'll need to succeed

Customer service experience
Demonstrated experience operating a Helpdesk
An understanding of Microsoft packages - particularly Excel
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
An excellent telephone manner
Familiarity with raising purchase orders
