Our client, a leading FMCG food company, are seeking a candidate to manage their CRM and customer Lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate will be very data lead and have hands on experience with setting up complex campaigns - both automated drip campaigns and reactive campaigns.
  • Develop the contact strategy by identifying opportunities and targeting segments
  • Build and implement triggered campaigns across target customer, existing customers and lapsed customers.
  • Measure and make recommendations on the communication strategy
  • Manage CRM data and ESP systems for email marketing purposes
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure activity is commercially viable.
  • Deliver and improve customer retention
  • Drive margin growth through communications
  • Improve customer engagement.
What will you need:
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders
  • Experience working with ESP's and setting up automated campaigns
  • Min of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing
