The Main Purpose of Role will be:

  • Support the Head of Online to develop the Digital acquisition and retention strategy for all UK and International territories
  • Identify and maximise opportunities across all digital marketing channels to generate new customers and maximise conversion of existing to ensure all associated KPIs are met
  • Manage 2 marketing executives to deliver the strategy across all digital acquisition and retention channels

The key accountabilities of the role will be to:

  • Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Retargeting Display, Organic and Paid Social channels
  • Develop and support the implementation of the digital retention email channel strategy, aligning to the wider multichannel marketing plan
  • Support the planning and analysis of all digital marketing activity against KPIs, identifying opportunities and strategies for sales and new customer growth
  • Manage external agencies to support the strategy and delivery of all digital acquisition and retention channel
  • Develop the tactical testing and optimisation strategy for all digital acquisition and retention channels
  • Work with internal stakeholders in Marketing Buying, Merchandising, and Creative teams to align all digital marketing activity with the wider multichannel marketing plan, target customer demographics, product strategy and brand values

The Successful Candidate will need:

  • Previous experience of working with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and paid campaigns on social media platforms
  • Sound commercial acumen and have a genuine interest and good understanding of the retail market.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm to excel in your role.
