Insight Analyst (Contact Centre)
Contact Centre Partners is supporting this regulated business with the recruitment of an Insight Analyst to join their planning team.
You will be a proactive individual with a background in data analysis and management gained within a contact centre setting. You will need to demonstrate the ability to identify process failures, offer tangible improvement suggestions, deliver agreed change management measures and engage confidently with operational stakeholders.
Please note: we are not looking for a reporting analyst but an all-encompassing process improvement, change management, data analyst with hands-on project delivery capability.
