Marketing Data Analyst
Macildowie Marketing are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Data/Insights Analyst to join a well known brand located in Northamptonshire.
The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all customer data and segmentation modelling. You will use data to enhance the B2B customer and B2C end user experiences and ensure senior stakeholder engagement by clearly and continually demonstrating the commercial benefits of data and customer segmentation.
-Develop the data and segmentation strategy and integrate into all brand marketing plans aligned to business goals.
-Continually evaluate all internal systems and 3rd party capability to ensure the necessary tools are available to support business strategy.
-Continually keep up to date with all industry trends and drive thought leadership within the Division. ---This will include keeping up to date with the latest digital trends, news and legislation by attending events, subscribing to relevant forums etc.
-Support business decision making and all marketing campaigns to agreed timescales and budgets working with internal colleagues and external agencies.
-Champion the commercial benefits of data and customer segmentation modelling internally and demonstrate return on investment of all initiatives.
-Work in conjunction with the Group Data team to ensure they have the right tools, information and analysis to support Board level decision making.
-Develop the relationship with digital colleagues across the wider Group to share best practice and encourage working together when it makes sense to do so to leverage opportunities.
-Put best practice for data management into place. Advise and guide the business in all aspects of governance and data quality.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an impressive background in data analytics and customer segmentation experience and a wider understanding of all digital marketing disciplines including Customer data and CRM management, Customer segmentation modelling, A/B multivariate testing and Business Objects knowledge. You will ideally have worked with digital and CRM/Data agencies previously and have a track record of delivering under cost.
You will be a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels on the value of data and help them to deliver added value activity. You will ultimately support many key business decisions via data analytics so your work will directly impact the growth of the business.
