I am currently recruiting for a CRM Consultant to work on a contract basis for a Rail Organisation in the City of London.

You will be acting as a subject matter expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM Online). This expertise should cover three main areas:
  • Deep technical knowledge of core functionality and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM Online platform) to assist RSSB in designing and implementing a stable and properly configured CRM platform.
  • Wide knowledge and practical experience of the best practice involved in delivering Dynamics 365 in particular and Customer Relationship Management systems in general as a system.
  • Training and knowledge transfer to key internal RSSB resources who will support the system and provide administration and technical support for the system going forward.
  • Training of users in good practice use of the system

Using the above experience and knowledge, the role will provide a rounded set of skills to assist the client in its technical configuration and wider roll out of Dynamics 365 across the business. The role will act as both the central technical resource but also as the key lead on wider user training and support. Working closely with the CRM project team (Business Systems Manager, CRM Administrator, CRM Technical Lead and Change Manager), the Dymanics 365 consultant will ensure roll out targets are met alongside providing support in a technical and general advisory capacity.

You will have significant technical implementation and support experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM Online) as a product. This will include but not limited to:
  • Security System
  • Workflow Creation and configuration
  • Dynamics Portals
  • Dashboards
  • Campaigns / Marketing
  • Case Management
  • General System and Environment Administration and Configuration
  • Dynamics Environment management, configuration and setup.
  • Click Dimensions add in product
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Dynamics Hosting infrastructure

Other experience includes:
  • Experience of designing and implementing appropriate business rules to support CRM system operation.
  • Wide knowledge of best practice principles of use and roll out of CRM systems in general and dynamics 365 in general.
  • Proven experience of providing training and mentoring to less experienced system admin and technical staff.
  • Proven experience of designing and delivering user training for CRM – ensuring that users actively learn how to use the system (not simply providing demonstrations)
  • Expertise in requirements gathering
  • Proven experience in developing CRM system documentation (Training / Manuals)
  • Significant experience of stakeholder and user management including a strong understanding of how to ensure that the new capabilities and ways of working are adopted alongside the implementation of CRM as a technical system
  • Excellent customer facing skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on the technical side of CREM Online and/or Dynamics 365, with experience of business-facing delivery of system changes/updates of staff training.
