Digital Online Merchandising Manager - London, FMCG, £50K-£60K

My client, a market leading FMCG firm are searching for an E-category and Content Manager to lead and implement a range of new features to display content and products to improve the end user experience and conversions. You will be joining one of the most innovative and exciting firms globally whilst also joining a team which is currently experiencing lucrative growth.

Your role:

You will engage directly with the Head of E-commerce and other important stakeholders across the firm to improve the User Experience by developing and implementing new features as well as designing tools to improve conversions. You will also develop and maintain best practices and systems to optimise site content across OpCos for a variety of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new features to improve UX
  • Design tools to improve merchandise display management
  • Develop best practices and processes to manage and optimise site content
  • Establish standards and configurations for relevant systems
  • Key Skills:

  • Experience working within an e-category management or content management position within an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in working closely with UX development
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Impeccable standard of written, spoken and presentation English.
