A strategic and creative Brand Manager is required to work for a multi award winning beauty brand to grow brand awareness via premium brand strategy, marketing plans and NPD.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to be a true guardian and ambassador for the brand, responsible for brand integrity across all touch points and presentation.

Marketing & Communications

·Provide trade customers and individual consumers with value and clear points of difference

•Analyse current sales results, trends and market needs to develop strategic marketing plans

•Execute objectives, strategies and tactics to ensure growth performance across all channels

•Global liaison with international distributors, facilitate forecasts for Senior Expeditor

•Strategically develop global promotional and activation plans, NPD launches and Comms

New Product Development

·Lead/develop brand strategy on NPD launches and improvement programs from cradle to grave

·Manage kit launch calendar: briefing, design, copy, artwork, sampling, forecasts, pricing, sales

·Work with sales team to on product, packaging, advertising, merchandising and promotions

·Set NPD pricing strategy, monitor new product performance, sales and margins

·Chair weekly NPD meetings and arrange frequent conference calls

Market Research

·Assess customer attitudes to current product range/new products and deliver action plan

·Quarterly competitor visits, analysing pricing, packaging and new information

·Attend industry trade shows and seminars to stay abreast of current market trends


·Direct and oversee Social Media calendar alongside the Digital Marketing Executive

·Coordinate events and incentives for all accounts to promote across all channels

·Manage maintenance of website, including all new product launches, creative videos etc

PR Management

·Work with GMM to promote new and existing products in new and existing channels/locations

·Manage the relationship with PR agencies, in the UK and internationally

·Communicating and leveraging press coverage and activities with all relevant stakeholders

Sales Support/Trade Marketing

·Ensure key events and exhibitions are planned professionally to represent the brands image

·Work with sales team on planograms, VM, and POS for retail and salon channels

·Leverage on celebrity stakeholders popularity for store and QVC sales driving events


·Experienced marketing professional with relevant degree

·Beauty consumer with a genuine passion for the beauty industry

·Strong copywriting skills and first class communicator

·Ability to work to stringent deadlines as a strong team player
