Head of Digital Performance Marketing - London, FMCG, £60K-£70K

My client, a market leading FMCG firm are searching for a Head of Digital Performance Marketing to help grow their European Digital B2B revenues by supporting OpCos to set up and execute performance marketing campaigns. You will be joining one of the most innovative and exciting firms globally whilst also joining a team which is currently experiencing lucrative growth.

Your role:

You will engage directly with the Head of E-commerce as well as other key stakeholders across the business to help OpCos set up and run best-in-class performance. You will support country teams by setting up creative best-practice performance campaigns. You will also monitor the campaign performance across countries, collating these results and using the data to optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and executing performance marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performances across OpCos
  • Providing OpCo teams with expert advice on the possibilities of B2B performance marketing
  • Analysing results and defining overall performance marketing strategy
  • Key Skills:

  • Experience working within a performance marketing position
  • Experience in working within a B2B environment, handling a number of accounts and campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Impeccable standard of written, spoken and presentation English
