The Company:

Our client are seeking a CRM Manager to help with the continued implementation of an extensive CRM marketing plan and is an exciting opportunity for a confident marketer working in a fast-paced environment within the CRM team.

The Role:

  • Reporting to and supporting the Head of Customer Retention.
  • Focus on delivering key areas of the CRM marketing and communications plan against agreed metrics and budgets.
  • Ensure that the CRM channel achieves the projects and set KPI targets identified.
  • Data feeds and set up via IT and ESP, optimising with new programmes.
  • Provide extensive CRM campaign reporting to improve content, frequency and segmentation.
  • Monitor CRM industry innovations and best practice to continually improve the CRM programme.
  • Manage data feeds and set up via IT and ESP, optimising with new programmes.
  • Manage the CRM Executive to ensure all campaigns are built, approved, proofed and executed correctly, and to ensure CRM KPI’s are driven through all relevant channels.
  • Work closely with the ESP on the behavioural/lifecycle communications through email and SMS to continually improve and review the automated communications to customers, along with identifying new campaign opportunities.
  • Manage ESP to ensure optimum service delivery.
Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years CRM marketing experience preferably from a retail background with good commercial awareness.
  • An Ecommerce retail background e.g. Tesco / Arcadia would be advantageous.
  • Strong practical knowledge about general CRM/ email marketing principles and technical knowledge regarding data set up with an ESP.
  • Data driven and understanding interpretation of campaign data.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Experience with an email service provider tool is ESSENTIAL.
  • Must be commercial, good numerical and analytic skills and the ability to analyse extensive data and commercially evaluate activity and complete results reports.
  • A good understanding of general marketing principles and channels with a focus on customer communications through digital communications channels.
