We currently have a fantastic opportunity in Nottingham for a 1st line Analyst working for a large IT service provider on a rolling contract. This role in Nottingham is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing within an IT support environment while delivering excellent customer service and utilising their language skills.
The role involves dealing with a high volume of inbound calls in German and English and working efficiently to SLAs. As the customers first point of call, you will be using your communication and administration skills to deal with queries in a timely manner. Using internal systems you will be logging 1st line IT requests, tracking these through to completion, whilst utilising Microsoft Office applications to perform admin tasks. Training will be provided.
