Poker Product Manager
Reporting to the Head of Product this role will be responsible for the definition and implementation of innovative features and improvements to the online poker experience for mobile, web and desktop poker clients.The role will manage and drive highly complex projects from beginning to end and work closely with other business units and developers.

Main Activities

·Manage the product roadmap, using commercial, insight and research functions to identify the features with the most customer and business value.

·Managing backlog to align with product roadmap.

·Define clear and unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements, business processes and/or customer journeys, and communicate these as appropriate with engineers, developers and other stakeholders

·Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in Operational and Technology functions and customers.

·Present the product to prospects and customers.

·Run product presentation for internal stakeholders (i.e. for ICE/G2E tradeshows).

·Run product training session to internal or external stakeholders (i.e. for customer acceptance test).

·Guide product workshop with in deep sessions on features and overall product management (customization, configuration, documentation, integration, etc ect).

·Support the product roadmap management by providing market overview and new features proposal according to IGT vision.

·Manage relations with development team and provide support when required.

·Support delivery team with customer migration / integration / upgrade projects.

·Support the management with product documentation (PPT slides, Word doc, etc etc).

The Product Manager will have:

·Strong product management experience, ideally within poker market

·Good understanding of the needs of online poker players, advanced and recreational alike.

·Excellent communication skills

·Good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

·Product development experience

·Exposure in working for online poker clients.
