Our client are looking to recruit a Creative Content Assistant responsible for developing and creating content that will be used across a variety of media including their website, other digital channels and in print.
This role will be a Level 3 Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship with the training provider being Digital Marketing Mentor. The role is offered as an up to 18 month contract to coincide with the completion of the qualification and will be based at their HQ in Leicester, with occasional overnight stays to cover events if required.
Working within the Marketing Team, the Creative Content Assistant will research, prepare and develop the media to maximise audience engagement and communicate key messages using a variety of content. Further to this you will assist in developing social media marketing and in the design of email marketing. In other aspects of this role you will help with the design and creation of other online graphical resources, creating activity reports, Implement SEO activity and updating and supporting events through pre/ post event activity.
Their ideal candidate will have strong technical and web design skills, along with creative skills and experience of communicating messages using creative media/ digital media. They’d like you to have experience of using design and CMS software and have a good understanding of social media, SEO and online advertising. Experience of MS Office and a understanding of basic HTML are essential to the role and some understanding on email marketing techniques such as automation, MVT, browser abandonment, A/B Splits would be an advantage.
