The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the day to day management of the product portfolio and proposition
  • Monitoring the suitability and performance of the products against the target market, regulatory and legislative requirements, and achievement of the overall strategy and financial targets
  • Supporting the Senior Product Manager(s) in the day to day monitoring and management of the existing products
  • Monitoring business volumes across sales channels and product lines, analysing and reporting on key product KPI's such as complaints and target market segmentation, to ensure that products meet a genuine customer need and perform in accordance with the original design and purpose
  • Carrying out regular monitoring of the products and associated processes against appropriate risk controls
  • Maintaining knowledge of competitor activity, and the competitor landscape, providing insight
  • Providing product knowledge, support and market insight to the business
  • Acting as a consultant to the business to help ensure the product proposition is fully understood and considered on projects, or in workshops, being led by other business areas


The Product Manager will have:

  • Product management experience
  • An understanding of multi-channel product distribution, including advised and non-advised sales
  • Analysing management information to identify trends and performance

Job Offer

Up to £40,000 + extensive benefits
