We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a well established Legal Consultancy firm based in Loughborough. As the Legal Administrator you will have the opportunity to work directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels, from management, directors, external clients and consultants.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm although this is negotiable for the right candidate.

As the Legal Administrator your duties will include:

  • Answer all calls to the office promptly, transferring callers to the appropriate member of staff or taking sufficiently detailed messages.
  • Administer and monitor the CRM System to ensure that the client records are updated and maintained.
  • Prepare client care letters and terms of engagement
  • Diary management
  • Arranging client visits
  • Filtering and replying to emails
  • To assist with written SQM and Lexcel Quality Manuals
  • To assist with new firm applications to the Solicitor Regulation Authority
  • Assist line manager with all administration takes involved in SQM and Lexcel
  • Arranging quarterly team meetings
  • Assist with setting up conferences including publications, delegate packs registration etc.
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Data Entry and managing mailmerges
