The Senior Product Manager will own, plan and deliver the product marketing strategy. Working across the entire customer journey, driving awareness, applications and increasing conversion rates.

Description

The successful Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Analysing the marketplace and designing a market strategy for the product(s)
  • Preparation of the product operational marketing plan
  • Establishing key deliverables, timescales and key performance indicators
  • Manage the implementation of the marketing plan, delegating and providing clear and timely briefs across a number of functions including design, web, copy, events and conversion teams
  • Owning, developing and communicating the product and customer life-cycle for the product(s)
  • Oversight of the lead generation to enrolment process
  • Working with Head of Marketing Planning and Commercial Analysis and Insight team in undertaking and utilising appropriate market research and insight activity
  • Planning the launch of any new products
  • Maintaining strong relationships with relevant teams
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the academic leadership and delivery team
  • Remaining up-to-date with the behaviours and decision making process affecting student recruitment
  • Remaining current and undertake professional development to continually enhance marketing skills for you and the team

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

  • Been educated to Degree level or above
  • Extensive experience as a Product Marketer
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a target driven, commercial environment
  • Project Management Skills
  • The ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Extensive Direct Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of CRM principles
  • Advanced IT skills
  • The ability to inspire and run a team
  • Leadership/team management experience
  • Previously worked in either an Educational or Professional Services business (desireable)
  • Have experience working in or with Media Agencies (desireable)

Job Offer

Up to £60,000 + 30 days holiday and other benefits
