We are looking for an ambitious, talented Brand Manager to join our fast growing marketing team and lead the launch and promotion of our new women’s range of sports nutrition and health products. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the brand strategy and marketing plan for our exciting new female product range.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Brand, the Brand Manager will adapt our current brand image to appeal to the targeted female customer base, taking the brand from its infancy at launch to a leading female health and nutrition brand.
What will you be doing?
+ Working with our Head of Brand to create a strong brand strategy and marketing plan for the range
+ Marketing P&L management
+ Leading implementation of marketing activities across digital and trade partnerships - delivering on time and within budget
+ Ensuring all aspects of the product marketing align with the ethos and goals of the brand
+ Planning and executing new product launches and range extensions
+ Championing the brand internally and externally, driving awareness and visibility
+ Developing high quality and effective marketing materials
+ Forecasting of sales volumes and liaising with supply chain
+ Monitoring brand performance and reporting to the wider business
What are we looking for?
+ Previous experience as Brand / Assistant Brand Manager in an FMCG business
+ Hands on commercial experience and passion in your approach to marketing
+ Experience of the full marketing mix, including strong knowledge of digital
+ Excellent analytical and project management skills
+ Strong presentation (MS Office) and communication skills
+ Good degree or masters education in a relevant field is desirable
+ Team player and able to work well with key stakeholders across the business
+ An interest in sports nutrition would be an strong advantage
