We are looking for a candidate to help us develop the first behavioral insights workstream in the legal services market.

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to design, implement and evaluate effective interventions to provide ground breaking behavioural insights to inform regulatory policy, actions and operations.

In this role you will:
* use your behavioural insights and analytical skills to help us deliver better, simpler and cost-effective regulatory policy
* develop large-scale interventions to help consumers make better choices for themselves
* work on evaluating and improving external policies as well as internal operations
* have opportunities to develop your knowledge of research and statistical techniques.

The role
As a Behavioural Insights Analyst you will be based in the Research and Analysis Team. We are a multidisciplinary team producing high quality research and data analysis to support evidence-based regulatory policy making. We are in the process of developing a behavioural insights workstream to inform our future approach to regulation and improve our operations. We have already completed a number of large-scale randomised controlled trials focusing on how consumers make decisions in the legal services market, and how we communicate with firms regarding key risks in the market.

Your analytical reports will be of the highest quality. You will be relaying your findings both internally to senior management, and externally at seminars and conferences to key stakeholders and policy makers. Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills are essential.
