The role:

In this role you will be working alongside a team of Talent Partners from our Central Manchester office. The general purpose of the role will be to help and support candidates looking to complete an apprenticeship by placing them in suitable apprenticeship vacancies across Greater Manchester.

At Apprenticeship Connect, we believe in developing our people, therefore full training will be provided to you throughout the course of your apprenticeship with us.

Further details of the role are available below:

  • The role will be embedded with an apprenticeship in Sales Level 2 or Level 3 QCF (depending on previous qualifications, experience and suitability) and will last a minimum of 12 months
  • Throughout this apprenticeship, the successful applicant will be required to complete units in line with their training plan and have regular one-to-one training/guidance in the workplace by a fully qualified tutor
  • The successful applicant will be able to gain a nationally-recognised qualification upon completion of their apprenticeship with further opportunities to progress into a permanent role
  • To fill apprenticeship vacancies with suitable candidates
  • Ensure a high level of service is provided at all times to all clients, candidates and learners
  • To communicate positively with employers in order to provide expert information, advice and guidance with regard to our services
  • To advertise apprenticeship vacancies, interviewing learners and accurately matching them to suitable apprenticeships/roles
  • To support learners from interview stage through to completion of apprenticeship
  • To meet regular targets in line with training and development plan

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suitable learners via a variety of methods including; advertisements and networking at schools and job fairs
  • Interviewing learners and selection of the most suitable learner for each vacancy
  • Providing information, advice and guidance to both learner and client
  • Keeping regular contact with clients to understand their needs and requirements throughout the duration of the learner apprenticeship
  • Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships with both learner and client, ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy in matching candidates with employers

Essential Requirements:

  • Competent in Maths & English (GSCE Grade C or above)
  • Computer literate
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong time management and organisational skills

Desirable Requirements (Not essential):

  • Basic knowledge of apprenticeships
