We are working with a leading claims company’s legal department who are currently looking for a Legal Administrator to join the department. The company offer excellent routes to progress into legal opportunities and this position would particularly suit a law graduate or a candidate with legal administrative experience.
As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to clients, ensuring all telephone calls are received promptly, handling claims with a proactive and friendly approach. You will liaise with a range of clients including 3rd party insurers and experts.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Sign off all phone calls in accordance with company procedure
Ensure the efficient prioritisation of workload, resulting in a 2 day turn around
Correspond with relevant parties via telephone, email and any other means appropriate
Handle complaints within agreed company procedures
Carry out general administration duties
