Our client is looking for an Operations & Office Manager to join their growing team in Bristol.
The company provides a first class building maintenance and refurbishment service across the South West. They pride themselves on their customer service and attention to detail, but they also have a noisy, friendly, fast-paced and down-to-earth culture where everyone pulls together.
Operations & Office Manager in Bristol
This is a new job role to take over some aspects of the business which are currently performed by their MD. There are two distinct areas of accountability -
(a) the growing service, electrical and plumbing teams, and (b) the operations and office management data and processes.
You'll be a problem solver, have customer service ingrained into your DNA, be massively organised with bags of common sense and have experiencing of motivating a team. Industry experience isn't essential.
