My client are globally recognised travel company. Due to expansion their team they are now looking for a CRM Manager to join their team and lead an international CRM strategy.

As CRM Manager you will be responsible for turning the current data and identifying immediate big wins for the business. The company have just launched a brand new app with slick functionalities which is generating an increasing amount of sales. As CRM Manager you will be responsible for enhancing the customer journey on the app, increasing it's functionalities and driving customer usage and bookings. You will be tasked with setting the customer contact strategy across push notifications, SMS and email. This role offers a fantastic deal of autonomy as my client are looking for someone to lead the CRM function in this completely new role!

To apply you will have previous experience within a CRM role where you have worked across mulit-channel CRM including app, mobile, SMS and email. You will be passionate about the customer and have experience with identifying and enhancing customer journeys across devices.
