Due to continued success and growth our client is looking to restructure their marketing team by recruiting an experienced Product Manager.

Ideally, they would already be working as a Product Manager or equivalent function within a consumer goods or manufacturing business.

• Being able to understand that these innovations and ideas need to be commercially viable - we are here to make a profit. After all, that's what gives us the opportunity to create great innovations in the first place.

When it comes to managing those strategic innovation projects, this will demand super-strong team working skills as they will be leveraging other functions within the 'Marketing & Innovation' team to get these product solutions to market.

Last, but certainly not least, the Product Manager will be the guardian of the entire product portfolio for their relevant brand or market area. You also need to maintain a continuous focus on improving their product portfolio in terms of profit and simplicity.

The successful candidate will need to have:-
• proven experience within/of product development
