Your new roleIn this temporary role, you will be an integral part of the administration team, reporting to the Office Manager, working continuously with SIMS to manage pupil data. Other responsibilities include dealing with telephone enquiries and visitors to the school. The role will involve lots of interaction with both pupils and parents and will have a good balance of administrative tasks and interpersonal communication.
What you'll need to succeed
For this school SIMS administrator job in Gloucester, SIMS experience is essential for this job as you will be using this system regularly. You will possess strong ICT skills in programmes other than SIMS, such as the Microsoft Office package, and have previously worked in an education-based environment. You will have first class organisational and administrative skills, as well as a friendly but professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
