Product Management Administrator - Would suit Import Merchandiser or Buying Assistant

Our client is a dynamic and a leading Distributor who specialises in beautiful home furnishings to both the retailers and direct to consumers and are now seeking an ambitious Administrator with experience in critical path management to join their offices in Lancashire.

This role would suit an Import Merchandiser or Buying Assistant seeking a more diverse position.

You'll be playing a key role in championing the administration of the projects within the Marketing & Product Management Team. With a key focus on ensuring project planners are up to date and elements of projects chased up in line with the planners, this role is key to supporting the development of new products within the business.

  • Keeping project planners up to date on a day to day basis
  • Chasing up items on critical paths, dealing with the internal Team and our supply partners
  • Maintain all project documentation, ensuring that actions are progressed - actively chasing them to completion or escalating within the business
  • Assist with reporting on projects to the wider business

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as an Import Administrator, Merchandiser or Buying Assistant - preferably within a distribution environment with knowledge of working with critical paths. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages as well as having the ability to prioritise, focus on workloads. Attention to detail is key.
