Project Manager, CRM, cross-platform

Our client is a customer engagement specialist, leveraging expertise, technology and industry focus to enable customers to do more.

They utilize technology platforms, including Dynamics CRM, Sitecore, Umbraco, SharePoint, and others to create highly integrated solutions for clients in the Membership & Associations, Media & Advertising and Professional Services sectors.

Some of their clients include the Royal College of Physicians, Exterion Media, Royal Aeronautical Society, Kantar Media, Association of Optometrists and others.

Customer Engagement, Customer Relationship Management, Membership Systems, Event Management Systems, Business Intelligence, Marketing Automation


  • Commercial Project Manager/Consultant
  • Account management - meeting the client gathering the requirements helping the commercial Director come up with a plan and cost
  • Many of the projects are back-end related whilst using 3rd parties for the front end work but this will slowly start to become our client's responsibility
  • Managing internal team of developers and QA/SME's to make sure projects are carried out on time and on budget
  • Working towards an iterative fashion, 2 weeks sprints ideally
  • Defining product backlog although there is a PO that does this
  • You will split the development teams into groups depending on what work needs to be done (developers on site)

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate's will receive a salary between £40,000 - £55,000 + discretionary Bonus + Contributory Pension + Benefits + Training
