Marketing Manager

Southampton, Hampshire

£25,000 - £30,000 DOE (40 hours per week)

Full Picture Recruitment is proud to be hiring on behalf of a technology software company who is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its expanding UK operation in their Southampton office.

Applicants will have an interest in technology and enjoy working within the fast-paced environment the sector brings. Additionally, calling on their previous marketing experience, the applicant will bring fresh approaches and ideas to the table.

The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include:

  • Liaising with primary software vendors and other marketing channels for the publishing, planning and reporting of marketing campaigns.
  • Managing vendor-generated leads and lead allocation in CRM.
  • Working with internal managers and sales teams to develop, organise and coordinate marketing activities, events and assets.
  • Utilising email marketing, live events, webinars, video and social marketing.
  • Working with the inbound marketing team to develop lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Regularly attend and represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.
  • The Marketing Manager role would suit someone with the following credentials:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Capable of managing a busy workload.
  • Able to adapt in line with customer demands.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to create campaign assets using Adobe Suite.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation/mailing software is desirable.
  • Having basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
