UK Channel Support Executive
£18,000 to £20,000

Our client a fantastic International Software House are looking for a UK Channel Support Executive to join there busy UK team in their Harrow based office.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company offering fantastic progression and excellent product training, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support.

Key responsibilities:

• Answering incoming Account Managers sales calls when the given Account Managers are not available
• Quoting for Account Managers when required
• Training new Account Managers to generate their own quotations via the Pricing Wizard.
• Always ensuring that incoming queries to Helpscout gets answered first (at least within an hour) - even if you are busy with other tasks
• Test customer cards and relay the test results to the Account Managers
• Ensure that the card test results are logged in the card test database and it is always up to date and backed up
• Communicating customer’s technical requirements to the installation Project Manager prior to implementation
• Checking hardware device compatibility
• General administration

Ideal candidate will:

• Technical background essential
• Strong telephone manner
• Good written English
• Excellent Team player however able to work well independently
• Excellent time-keeping
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Applications
• Previous customer care experience
