Key Areas of responsibility will include:
- Manage and control all marketing contact and campaigns.
- Together with the wider management team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about product ranges, specialisations and points of difference.
- Ensure all market reports are frequently shared with customers, including both engaging content, and accurate pricing and product information.
- Create product content (e.g. sales documentation, product documents, website copy, blog posts, social media content) to articulate the benefits of the products and service to the industry.
- Manage all communication channels to our customer base.
- Support members of the sales team on calls and presentations when appropriate to provide deeper insight into the product.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of the product.
- Report monthly on all marketing projects and initiatives, along with internal communications on business and industry.
- Run customer events
- Support the development and ongoing management of business improvements, including the implementation of processes, standards and KPIs.
