PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo implement marketing strategy for Just Energy’s residential and commercial business in Ireland:
•To partner effectively with the Head of Marketing – UK & Ireland on strategic marketing planning.
•To manage and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy for Just Energy in Ireland, including initiatives across all channels.
•To partner, interact and effectively understand the needs of the key stakeholders across the Just Energy business, acting as a key point of contact for marketing requirements.
•To create successful and innovative regional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to increase sales and retain customers.
Marketing campaigns will include the planning of paid media, online promotion, content marketing, social, direct mail, events, sponsorship and other promotional vehicles, all of which must drive customer registrations or retentions.
•To produce and maintain corporate marketing assets, including external communications, promotional materials and online content.
•To adhere to regional marketing related controls and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
•To work with Just Energy’s global marketing, technology and creative teams, as well as external agencies to ensure delivery on existing and newly created platforms.
•Project management, planning, delivering schedules, working to tight deadlines, managing and monitoring budgets and aligning costs spent with budget.
•Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
•Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation.
•Any other duties that may be reasonably requested.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS•BA degree in the field of marketing, or equivalent work experience.•Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification and/or membership preferred.•Minimum 6 years’ experience in a marketing role.•Previous experience in managing and implementing a broad range of evidence-based B2B and B2C marketing campaigns - from major campaigns to smaller tactical initiatives.•Robust project management skills. Highly organised and highly efficient - demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise.•Creativity and innovation - an entrepreneurial approach combined with energy and enthusiasm to create innovative marketing campaigns.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication and strong attention to detail.•Good visual literacy and understanding of the principles of branding.•Experience of managing and co-ordinating a marketing budget.•Experience and use of a broad range of marketing tools including direct marketing, advertising, branding, communications and content management.•Ability to perform under pressure and manage a diverse and heavy workload.•Hands-on attitude, dedication and the ability to work as a team.
